Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cochin,



responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to define scope, schedule, and budget, while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, lead review meetings, and ensure timely expediting of materials, approvals, and inspections. Daily activities include tracking logistics and site activities, reviewing technical documentation, preparing status reports, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The role also includes fostering a cooperative work environment, promoting safety practices, and maintaining clear, professional communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
