The candidate selected for the position should fulfil the following criteria:

1. Professional Competence: The candidate should be completely skilled and well-versed in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Robotics, R.C. Planes, and Drones.

2. Technical Knowledge and Asset Management: The candidate should be technologically sound and capable of maintaining and handling the various assets and equipment of the Aerobay Lab, including Wind Tunnel, Satellite Models, 3D Printer, CNC equipment, Jet Engine, and other technical equipment available in the lab.

3. Learning Kits and Curriculum Management: The trainer should be adequately trained by the concerned company/vendor and should be capable of maintaining proper records of the learning kits received, their utilisation, stock requirements,



and the expected date of the next consignment and should liaise with company on regular basis with regard to the same. The trainer should also be able to conduct and complete all activities recommended under the prescribed curriculum.

4. Professional Conduct and Teamwork: The trainer should be well-mannered, disciplined, cooperative, and capable of working effectively as part of a team. The candidate should demonstrate a learning mindset and should be able to execute instructions given by the Lab In-charge from time to time.

5. Participation in School Events: The trainer should be willing to actively contribute and provide technical support whenever any scientific, technical, STEM, STEAM, or other related events are organised by the school.
