Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for Hike Education’s programs and services,



including outreach to prospective learners and institutional partners. The Business Development Executive will handle lead generation through calls, emails, social media, and events, and will manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to enrolment. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing accounts, understanding learner needs, presenting suitable programs, and achieving enrolment and revenue targets. The role also requires preparing reports, updating CRM systems, collaborating with marketing and academic teams, and representing the organization in meetings, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Qualifications
Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and grow a robust prospect pipeline.
Business acumen and account management experience to understand market trends and nurture long-term relationships.
