Role Description The Articled Assistant will support audit teams in planning and executing statutory audits, including testing controls, verifying financial records, and preparing working papers. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with IND AS-related assignments, drafting schedules, performing reconciliations, and helping prepare reports and documentation for senior team members. The role also involves exposure to FEMA and direct tax matters, including data compilation, basic tax computations, and research on relevant provisions.



This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular interaction with clients and internal teams, adherence to professional standards, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (registered with ICAI as an article), with a strong academic foundation in accounting, auditing, and taxation.
Positive understanding of basic accounting principles, financial statements, and audit procedures, with willingness to learn statutory audit of listed and unlisted entities.
Interest in and commitment to developing knowledge in IND AS, FEMA regulations, and direct tax laws through on-the-job learning and self-study.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with accounting or audit software is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work systematically with documentation
