Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid media, and search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality lead generation, improving website visibility, optimizing campaign performance, and maximizing ROI across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) , LinkedIn Ads , Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) , YouTube Ads
Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Create and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landi
