How You’ll Spend Your Day
Provide Tier 2 support to global Business and Content Administrators through ServiceNow within SLA timelines.
Manage user access provisioning and Learning Admin profiles in Studium (LMS).
Coordinate end-to-end LMS Admin Certification Program, including enrollments, session management, assessments, and certification.
Support global deployment of learning content and resolve LMS-related technical issues.
Maintain and govern the MyTeva LMS Community page, ensuring accurate and up-to-date learning resources.
Perform quarterly data governance activities, including curriculum validation, assignment profile reviews, and data cleanup
Manage Global Talent Acquisition (RPO & PSEV) and Global Mobility invoicing, including database maintenance and coordination with Finance teams
Participate in ticket review meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements
Your Skills And Experience
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline..
1–3 years of experience in in Learning & Development or LMS Administration.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work effectively with digital systems and technology
Exposure to SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) or similar learning platforms.
Knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) or ticketing systems.
