About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced finance leader to head our end-to-end finance function across hotel operations. In this role, you will take full ownership of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management,



and internal controls to ensure financial discipline and long-term business sustainability. Beyond core controllership, you will serve as a strategic partner to operational leaders, driving bottom-line profitability, leading cost optimization initiatives, streamlining vendor management, and implementing robust SOPs. What We Are Looking For
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7–8+ years of post-qualification experience.
At least 2–3 years of proven leadership experience as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or in an equivalent senior controllership role.
Direct domain exposure in Hospitality, Retail, F&B;, or Multi-unit Operations (preferred).
