Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur. This role is responsible for engaging customers in the retail space, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products and services. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, explaining product features and benefits, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized, visually appealing store environment. The specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience that supports repeat business. The role also involves tracking inventory levels and collaborating with teammates to meet sales targets.
