? We’re Hiring | Drone Engineer – Agriculture & Custom UAVs
Shanik AG Pvt. Ltd. / Mama Drones is looking for a hands-on Drone Engineer to join our team and work on agriculture drones, open-source UAV platforms, and custom drone development.
What we’re looking for:
Strong hands-on experience with Pixhawk, JIYI flight controllers.
Prior experience working with agriculture drones
Good understanding of drone repair, troubleshooting & maintenance
Experience with custom/open-source drone builds
Understanding of UAV electronics, wiring, ESCs, motors, GPS, telemetry, sensors, etc.
Ability to diagnose hardware and flight-related issues independently
Practical, hands-on approach to prototyping and field testing
Key Responsibilities:
Build,



configure and test agriculture & custom UAVs
Configure and troubleshoot Pixhawk-based systems
Diagnose and repair drone hardware and electronics
Perform regular maintenance and servicing of agricultural drones
Integrate sensors, payloads and other UAV components
Conduct flight testing and troubleshoot field issues
Contribute to development of recent open-source/custom UAV platforms
