Role Overview -

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Bank Operations to lead and scale reconciliation and settlement operations for our banking clients. This role combines deep banking operations expertise with hands-on exposure to automation, stakeholder management, and team leadership. You will work closely with banks, internal product teams, and implementation specialists to ensure operational excellence and successful transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end banking operations across multiple banks, covering reconciliation, settlement, and dispute/chargeback management




Track daily operational activities and SLA/TAT adherence across all assigned banks, proactively identifying and resolving deviations or breaches
Act as a key point of contact for on-site and remote bank operations engagements, coordinating across multiple banking partners and internal teams
Manage relationships with various client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and escalation management
Supervise and mentor a team of reconciliation and automation specialists, driving performance, capability building, and quality of output
Drive reconciliation automation initiatives, including troubleshooting exceptions and identifying opportunities for process optimization
Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS/reports on reconciliation status, SLA performance, and exception trends for leadership and clients
