Role Description The Learning and Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Jaipur Area. This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, service quality,



and organizational performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs analysis, developing learning content and modules, coordinating training schedules, and facilitating classroom and on-the-job training sessions for various employee groups. The role also involves partnering with HR and business leaders to align learning initiatives with company objectives, monitoring training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, and maintaining training records and reports. The Learning and Development Executive will contribute to employee engagement by promoting continuous learning, supporting induction programs, and ensuring training complies with company policies and standards.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
