Growth Marketing Manager – Retention & Lifecycle

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager - Retention & Lifecycle to own user engagement, lifecycle marketing, and retention. You will use behavioural insights, experimentation, and multi-channel communication to improve how users engage with and return to HashFame.
This is a growth and marketing-led role, not a Product Management role.

Primary Responsibilities :
Own Retention & Engagement Metrics: Track and improve D1/D7/D30 retention, repeat usage, engagement, reactivation, conversion, and other key lifecycle metrics.
Drive Lifecycle Marketing: Build and optimize user journeys across WhatsApp, Push Notifications, Email, SMS, and in-app communication.
Build User Segmentation: Create cohorts based on user behaviour, intent, activity, and lifecycle stage to deliver relevant communication and experiences.
Run Growth Experiments: Design and execute A/B tests across messaging, timing, channels, cohorts, and campaigns to identify scalable retention levers.
Turn Data into Action:



Analyze cohorts, funnels, and behavioural patterns to identify drop-offs and translate insights into explicit retention initiatives.
Own Campaign Execution: Define campaign objectives, build execution plans, launch initiatives, monitor performance, and continuously improve outcomes.
Improve User Journeys: Identify opportunities across activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation to reduce user drop-offs and increase repeat usage.
Measure Business Impact: Evaluate campaigns against engagement, retention, conversion, and business outcomes rather than communication metrics alone.

Secondary Responsibilities :
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Analytics, Content, Design, and Business teams to execute retention initiatives and solve user journey gaps.
Referral & Growth Loops: Identify and test referral, reactivation, and other organic loops that can increase repeat engag
