Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented Senior Manager – Legal Counsel to lead legal, contractual, and governance matters while partnering with leadership to support business growth, ensure compliance, and mitigate risk. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in BFSI, FinTech, Payments, or SaaS, with expertise in commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

What you’ll work on:

Legal Strategy & Business Advisory




Serve as the primary legal advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on strategic business initiatives.
Provide practical, commercially sound legal advice to support business growth while effectively managing legal and regulatory risks.
Partner with Business, Product, Technology, Sales, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, and HR teams on legal matters.

Commercial Contracts
Lead end-to-end drafting, negotiation, review, and execution of commercial agreements, including:
Customer Agreements
Merchant Agreements
Vendor & Procurement Contracts
SaaS Agreements
Technology Licensing Agreements
Partnership & Alliance Agreements
NDAs
Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
Statements of Work (SOWs)
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
Build standardized contract templates and playbooks to improve efficiency and consistency.

Regulatory & Compliance
Interpret and advise on applicable laws and regulations governing financial services, payments, technology
