Role Description The PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Executive / Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Chhindwara. This role is responsible for coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring materials are available to meet customer orders and internal demand.



Daily activities include tracking stock movement, maintaining accurate records in relevant systems, preparing reports on inventory status and production performance, and coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams. The PPIC Executive / Officer also supports demand forecasting, ensures timely replenishment of raw materials and finished goods, identifies discrepancies in inventory, and assists in process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain a smooth and reliable supply chain.
Qualifications
Strong skills in production planning, inventory control, and demand forecasting, with the ability to align supply with customer and business requirements.
