About Zomint
Zomint is building the default financial advisor for India's mass affluent families, investors with ₹15L–₹1Cr who are too complex for DIY apps, yet too small for private banking. We are building a system-led wealth platform where AI handles research, monitoring, and portfolio analysis, and human advisors step in for judgment and behaviour at the right moments. The goal is consistent, long-term decision making, not short-term returns. Our distribution is trust-led. Zomint is built on top of the Bekifaayati community with 5M+ followers, where users already engage with personal finance content and come in with intent, not persuasion. This is not a typical fintech app. We are building infrastructure for multi-decade financial relationships across investments, insurance, tax, and planning. We are early. Which means real ownership, real ambiguity, and the opportunity to shape core systems from scratch. We move rapid, ship constantly, and expect the same from our team.
Why this role exists
Zomint has a strong inbound pipeline. Leads come in having already watched the content,
read the articles, and decided they want better advice. The problem is not awareness. It is conversion. A lead who books a discovery call is not yet a client. They have questions, doubts, a portfolio they are not sure about, and a partner who needs convincing. Turning that conversation into a signed onboarding requires someone who listens well, understands what they are actually worried about, and can make the path forward feel clear and safe. This is not a cold-calling job. It is a warm-conversion job, and that distinction matters for the kind of person who will thrive here.
What you will actually work on
● Take inbound discovery calls with qualified leads, understand their financial situation, concerns, and goals, and walk them through how Zomint works
● Own the pipeline from first call to signed onboarding: follow up, handle objections, coordinate with ops for a smooth close
