Role Description The Product Designer at Cocpit will work on-site in Kolhapur in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams to shape user-centric experiences across the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating product requirements into intuitive interaction flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile interfaces.



The role involves conducting and synthesizing user research, defining problem statements, and applying design thinking to create solutions that align with user needs and business goals. The Product Designer will iterate on designs based on feedback and data, contribute to the development of design systems, and ensure consistency and accessibility across all touchpoints. Working in a fast-paced environment, the designer will participate in ideation workshops, prototype new features, and help refine Cocpit’s overall product vision.
