Role Overview
The Fullstack Engineer Trainee will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, cloud platforms, databases, and modern development practices.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Build reusable UI components and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Backend Development
Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Implement business logic, authentication, authorization, and security controls.
Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
Optimize backend performance and database queries.
Database & Data Management
Design and maintain relational and NoSQL databases.
Develop efficient database schemas and data models.
Ensure data integrity, security, and backup strategies.
Cloud & DevSecOps
Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams on scalability and reliability.
Quality & Security
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Conduct code reviews and follow coding standards.
Implement automated testing and security best practices.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
