1. Fill Rate & Supply Continuity Management
– Own weekly, fortnightly and monthly incoming fill-rate tracking across ~40 third-party manufacturers; drive corrective action on shortfalls.
– Proactively identify and mitigate risk of Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations through early-warning tracking and escalation.
2. Process Improvement & Digitization
– Lead continuous improvement of procurement SOPs and process controls.
– Identify and implement AI/automation interventions to digitize procurement workflows and reduce manual effort.
3. Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management
– Manage relationships across internal cross-functional teams and the third-party manufacturer ecosystem.
– Serve as a key point of contact for escalations and issue resolution with third-party partners.
4. Compliance & Audit Management
– Manage communication with internal and external auditors; ensure ongoing regulatory and policy compliance.
– Collaborate with external auditors on annual audits of third-party manufacturers and track closure of compliance actions.
5. Data, KPIs & Dashboards
– Maintain accurate procurement master data and ensure integrity of KPI reporting.
– Own and continuously improve dashboards for fill rate, compliance, cost and vendor performance visibility.
6. Team & Execution Management
– Manage and mentor the execution team responsible for Finished Goods (FG) procurement.
– Ensure timely execution of purchase orders and resolution of day-to-day procurement issues.
7. Planning Collaboration
– Work closely with Forecasting, Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams to translate plans into procurement outputs.
– Coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure smooth inbound deliveries and reduce receiving bottlenecks.
– Actively contribute to the S&OP; (Sales & Operations Planning) and S&OE; (Sales & Operations Execution) processes, representing procurement's supply and capacity inputs.
