ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and self-reliant Senior Sales Executive with 3-4 years of hands-on SaaS sales
experience to join our growing team. This is an outbound-focused sales role centred on building and
converting a healthy pipeline through geography specific lead generation — no travel required. You will be
expected to hit the ground running from day one, own your numbers end-to-end, and consistently deliver
without hand-holding.

KEY DETAILS

▪ Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Own end-to-end outbound lead generation across target geographies — identify, qualify, and build a
robust pipeline of prospective customers.
▪ Conduct in-depth research using Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and other prospecting tools to identify
high-value accounts and decision-makers.
▪ Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) with compelling,



personalized
messaging tailored to each prospect.
▪ Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and pipeline status in the CRM.
▪ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets and conversion KPIs.
▪ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and identify new verticals or
geographies for outreach.
▪ Independently manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery calls through to
negotiation and closing — looping in senior stakeholders for high-value or strategic accounts where
needed.
▪ Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving SaaS landscape to inform
smarter prospecting.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Skills
▪ 3-4 years of proven SaaS sales experience with a solid, measurable track record in outbound lead
generation and deal closure.
▪ Hands-on proficiency with Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha — these are
