Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for managing and growing First Door Realty’s presence across key social media platforms. This role includes planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, and optimizing posts for engagement and reach.



The Social Media Manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze audience behavior, and adjust strategies to support lead generation and brand visibility. Day-to-day activities involve close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, respond to comments and inquiries, and maintain a consistent brand voice. The role also includes staying current with social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates relevant to the real estate market.
Qualifications
Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and improve engagement.
Excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned content.
Experience in Content Strategy to design platform-specific content plans and support broader marketing goals.
Ability to use social media analytics tools and basic data analysis to track performance and refine strategie
