Role Overview

The New Product Development (NPD) Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of new fragrance and aerosol products—from initial concept and formulation to industrialization and commercial launch. This role drives technical innovation, packaging engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance with global quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Plan, direct, and execute the complete NPD pipeline for perfumes, body sprays, aerosols, and deodorants from concept to commercial launch.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate seamlessly between R&D;, Packaging, Brand Marketing, Procurement, Quality, and Production teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of project milestones.
Quality & Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that all formulations, packaging components, and finished goods comply with domestic and international safety standards (e.g., IFRA, FDA, EU cosmetics regulations, REACH, and aerosol pressure guidelines).
Project Monitoring & Cost Optimization: Establish stage-gate timelines, monitor development milestones, track budgets, and manage risk
