Key Responsibilities
Purchase & Procurement
Manage end-to-end procurement of Gold, Diamond, Silver, Pearl, and Jewellery products.
Source products from approved vendors while ensuring quality, pricing, and timely delivery.




Identify new vendors and develop strong supplier relationships.
Negotiate product pricing, payment terms, and purchase agreements to achieve cost efficiencies.
Vendor Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing vendors and suppliers.
Conduct vendor evaluations based on quality, pricing, service, and delivery performance.
Coordinate with vendors for current product development and exclusive collections.
Resolve vendor-related issues, discrepancies, and supply challenges.
Product & Market Analysis
Stay updated on jewellery market trends, gold and diamond rates, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
Recommend new product categories and collections based on market demand.
Work closely with merchandising, sales, and operations teams to ensure product availability.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare purchase reports, vendor performance reports, and procurement analysis.
Ensure proper documentat
