Job Description
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team in Udaipur, India. In this leadership role, you'll take charge of a specific section of our kitchen, driving excellence in food preparation, quality, and team performance. You'll work alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and innovation.

Lead and manage your assigned kitchen section, ensuring consistent quality and timely execution of all dishes during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service

Train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen staff, fostering a supportive workplace where team members can grow and excel
Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development, recipe refinement, and innovative cooking techniques that elevate our culinary offerings
