As a BPM - EXE, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving our
business processes, particularly in the Collections department. Your primary
focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining workflows, and
ensuring that our customer care executives (CCEs) have the tools and processes
in place to deliver exceptional service. This role requires a strategic mindset
