We operate on a single flat service fee that covers architecture, project management, on site supervision, quality assurance, and interiors, with no hidden costs layered in afterward.

What sets us apart is how we solve the trust problem that plagues most construction projects. Clients get a dedicated app, 24/7 live site cameras, and real time expense tracking, so they can watch their home being built from anywhere in the world. This matters enormously to our core client base, many of whom are based outside Jaipur or even outside India and simply cannot be on site to supervise construction themselves. We built our entire model around removing that anxiety.

We're a fast growing, digitally native team, and this role sits right at the center of that growth engine. This is not a scripted call center role. It's a trust building function for a premium, transparency led construction brand,



often speaking with time poor NRIs and MNC professionals who cannot personally supervise construction and are evaluating Reidius Infra specifically because of that constraint.

Key Responsibilities

Speed to Lead
Call every current lead within minutes of it hitting the pre-sales CRM, across all hours the funnel is active, not just standard business hours.
Treat response time as a primary KPI, since delayed contact is the single biggest driver of lead decay in this funnel.
Follow a defined cadence for leads who don't answer on the first attempt (call, WhatsApp, call again) rather than letting them sit.

Qualification
Run a structured discovery conversation to assess budget range, land ownership/site status, city (Jaipur based or remote), timeline, and genuine intent versus casual browsing.
Filter out unqualified or low intent leads without being dismissive, since even a "no" today may be a "yes" in six months.
