Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for an Event Operations Manager, located in Noida. The Event Operations Manager will be in charge of planning and executing events from start to finish, managing event budgets, and coordinating with clients and vendors. The role involves overseeing all logistics,
ensuring customer service excellence, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the seamless operation of events.
Qualifications
Experience in Operations Management and Event Planning
Hotel Deals, Vendor Nehotiations, Branding
Last minute event management, Hard negotiation Skills
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Proficiency in managing budgets and financial planning for events
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in B2B events and knowledge of various industry sectors is a plus
