Role Description The Architectural BIM Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in India, responsible for supporting architectural teams through effective BIM implementation and coordination. This role involves creating and managing detailed 3D BIM models, updating drawings and documentation, and ensuring that design information is accurate and consistent across all project disciplines. The coordinator will review and resolve model conflicts and clashes, manage BIM execution plans, and adhere to project standards and protocols.



Daily tasks include collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers, preparing coordinated drawings for construction, and maintaining organized model versions and documentation. The role also requires participation in coordination meetings, sharing progress updates, and supporting the adoption of best practices and new tools in CAD and BIM workflows.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust BIM and CAD skills, including proficiency in tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and related architectural modeling software.
