We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive recent business acquisition, build strategic corporate relationships, and contribute to revenue growth across the hospitality, IT, manufacturing, real estate, media, events, and related sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong corporate sales background, excellent networking capabilities, and a proven ability to identify opportunities, engage senior stakeholders, develop strategic accounts, and close high-value deals. This role requires someone who can independently build a strong pipeline while creating long-term client relationships and expanding the business into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitality, IT, manufacturing, real estate, media, events, and other corporate sectors.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients and strategic accounts.




Develop and execute effective business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers, CXOs, brand teams, marketing leaders, and other key corporate stakeholders.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry connections, events, market research, and proactive outreach.
Position the organization as a preferred partner for experiential marketing, corporate events, and related solutions.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and customized solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and commercial pitches.
Lead negotiations and manage the sales process from initial engagement through deal closure.
Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and develop long-term partnerships.
