Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with extensive expertise in Salesforce architecture, enterprise integrations, and managing tech debt; JWB operates its multiple businesses almost exclusively on the Salesforce platform, which has been developed and customized over 8 years, requiring this individual to be able to dissect legacy development approaches and solutions.



The ideal candidate will define technical strategy, architect scalable Salesforce solutions, and collaborate with business and technology leaders to deliver secure, high-performing applications that support our growing real estate business. In the first 90 days, the successful candidate will conduct a comprehensive org audit using industry-standard tooling, produce a prioritized technical debt remediation roadmap, and establish baseline documentation and governance standards
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
Lead an organization's Salesforce Audit & Technical Debt Remediation approach
Conduct a comprehensive org audit using industry-standard tooling
Develop and execute a phased remediation roadmap prioritized by risk, business impact, and effort
Safely deprecate legacy Workflow Rules, Process Builder automations, and migrate to modern Flow architecture
