Who Should Apply?
2–5 years of experience in an advertising, branding, digital marketing, event, media, or consulting agency
Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
Strong command of PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable interacting with clients, potential clients, and senior stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
Strong follow-up and execution skills

What You'll Be Doing
Support the Founder in day-to-day business and operational activities
Coordinate with clients, potential clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and business documents
Manage calendars, meetings, follow-ups, and action points
Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables
Assist in preparing client pitches and presentations
Ensure timely follow-up on key tasks and communication
Maintain organized records, trackers, and business documentation
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2–5 Years
