Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will manage inbound and outbound sales calls, respond to inquiries,



and guide customers in selecting suitable tile products that match their design and budget needs. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and following up consistently to convert prospects into customers. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the showroom and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial contact through order processing. Daily responsibilities also include preparing quotations, supporting customer service resolutions, and meeting defined sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to handle the complete sales cycle and meet or exceed targets.
Experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
