Role Description: The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for MarTech Union’s AI-driven marketing solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting market and competitor research, and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. The specialist will prepare and deliver presentations, collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions,



and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, supporting client onboarding, and reporting on performance metrics to inform business strategy.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Demonstrated track record of converting leads into paying clients and consistently achieving sales targets.
Experience selling to clients across India and international markets, preferably the UK, UAE, USA, or Europe.
Prior experience in digital marketing, MarTech, SaaS, AI, IT services, web development, or related industries is preferred.
