Job Overview

The Assistant Vice President (AVP), Product Owner for Business Management Reporting supports the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise reporting capabilities that provide institutions, advisors, and internal teams with actionable insights. This role contributes to the evolution of Business Management Reporting (BMR) from fragmented reporting solutions into a unified, AI-enabled reporting experience that supports firm growth, operational efficiency, and risk management.





LPL Financial empowers financial advisors and institutions to deliver personalized advice to their clients and to be outstanding operators of their businesses. Business Management Reporting provides centralized dashboards and reporting where advisors and financial professionals can view key practice metrics that provide visibility into their progress, set goals, benchmark their success against their peers, and receive help to run their business more efficiently.

The AVP partners closely with Product Management, Data, Technology, UX, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable, governed, and insight-driven reporting. As Product Owner, this role is responsible for translating product strategy into actionable requirements, managing the product backlog, and maximizing value delivery.
