Role Description The Travel & Event Coordinator (Domestic) will manage end-to-end coordination of domestic travel and events for Vervve Hotels & Resorts, ensuring smooth logistics and high-quality guest experiences. This full-time, in office role is based in Pune City and includes responsibilities such as planning itineraries, booking transportation and accommodation,



and organizing event venues, schedules, and support services. The coordinator will liaise with hotels, vendors, and internal teams, maintain accurate documentation, and handle last-minute changes or issues professionally. Daily tasks also involve tracking budgets, preparing reports, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure all travel and event requirements are met on time and to standard. Immediate joining is preferred.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills for organizing domestic events and coordinating logistics.
