THE WORK
Industrial deals are not won by sending a positive proposal and waiting. They're won when several people inside the customer — each with their own concerns, KPIs and politics — align to say yes. Your job is to make that happen: walk the plant, find every stakeholder, understand what each one needs, arm your champion to fight for you in rooms you'll never enter, and move the account forward week after week until the order lands. You'll own your region's pipeline end to end — from the first gate pass to the purchase order — with the founders working accounts beside you, not above you.
