Who are we:
HaystackAnalytics is a healthtech company spun out of IIT Bombay, developing products and technology
platforms to make NGS-based clinical solutions affordable and accessible to diagnostic laboratories and
hospitals worldwide. We are a global innovator of products like TB-WGS and infexn-NGS. Both of these are
patented products from HaystackAnalytics disrupting diagnostics and improving patient outcome in their
respective domains. Next we are creating the AI Platform for human genomics ‘identifi-NGS’ which is
designed to bring a patient's genetic context to Hospitals/doctors/customers enabling personalized
therapy and outcome.

What we want you to do:
1. Video Editing & Post Production:
● Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content tailored for various digital platforms.
● Incorporate music, motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions that align with our brand tone.
● Maintain consistency in look and feel across all content.
● Work closely with the marketing, design,



and medical teams to understand briefs and creative direction.
● Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute creatively to content ideation.
2. Media Management:
● Organize and archive video assets and manage project files efficiently.
● Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and formats across video and social platforms.
3. Brand Alignment:
● Ensure all video outputs reflect the brand's visual identity and message.
● Adapt videos for different formats like Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and internal presentations.

What are we looking for in you?
● Basic to intermediate experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
● Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail and pacing.
● Understanding of video aspect ratios, resolution, and compression for social media.
