Role Description The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce-based solutions that support core business processes and product offerings. This full-time, on-site role is located in Bengaluru South and involves collaborating with product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce implementations.



Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and customizing Salesforce, developing Apex classes and triggers, building Lightning components, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and maintaining data integrity. The role also includes code reviews, performance tuning, documentation of technical solutions, and mentoring junior developers on Salesforce best practices and development standards. The Senior Salesforce Developer will participate in release planning, testing, and deployment activities to ensure reliable delivery of enhancements and new features.
Qualifications
Solid experience in Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
Proficiency in integrations and web technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and middleware or ETL tools.
