Role Overview
As Senior Manager / Associate Director – Growth & Retention,



you will own the full lifecycle P&L;—from activation to repeat behaviour to reactivation—and lead a multidisciplinary team of 12–15 across analytics, CRM, campaign operations, personalisation, and rewards. This is a function-head role. You will set strategy, manage a significant incentive budget, and represent Growth & Retention in leadership forums.

Responsibilities
● Full Lifecycle P&L;: CLTV, contribution margin, incentive budget allocation, and ROAS across all customer segments and product lines.
● Activation: Turn current users (especially checkout-origin) into first-time transactors on Snapmint; drive app adoption and reduce time-to-first-purchase.
● Deepening Engagement: Build the repeat flywheel—cross-sell across marketplace, vouchers, personal loans, and recharges; increase multi-product adoption.
● Retention & Reactivation: Prolong active lifespan, predict and reduce churn, run winback campaigns with documented payback periods.
