We are looking for an Operations Management Intern / Associate who can support the team in managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
Role Overview
You will work closely with the founder, clients, consultants, and internal teams to coordinate projects and ensure that tasks, communication, and deliverables are executed on time.
This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who is organized, analytical, tech-savvy, and comfortable taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients, consultants, developers, designers, and internal teams.
Track project tasks, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of pending tasks.




Support project planning and day-to-day operations.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports.
Identify operational issues and help resolve them.
Support client onboarding and project coordination.
Use AI tools to improve research, documentation, analysis, and operational workflows.
Prepare basic reports, summaries, and management updates.
Continuously improve internal processes and SOPs.
