Role Description The Head of Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for driving growth across Climeto’s sustainability and climate-focused services.



This role oversees business planning and strategy development, identifies new market opportunities, and leads initiatives in carbon credits, plastic credits, and related consulting services. The Head of Business Development will manage key accounts and long-term client relationships, coordinate sales efforts, and collaborate with technical and project teams to shape tailored solutions for private and public sector clients. Daily responsibilities include setting revenue targets, tracking performance metrics, preparing business proposals, representing Climeto in client meetings and industry events, and building strategic partnerships in the sustainability ecosystem. The role also involves mentoring the business development team, refining go-to-market plans, and contributing to the company’s overall growth and impact objectives.
