We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Project Coordinator to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the pharmaceutical industry, with 2-5 years of experience in clinical project coordination.
Roles and Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage clinical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, scientific, and operational staff.
- Conduct site feasibility assessments, coordinate site selection, and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders,
including sponsors, investigators, and internal teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Proven experience in clinical project coordination, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, including GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as MS Office and clinical systems.
