Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular audits of housekeeping staff presence, grooming, attendance, and performance.
- Monitor housekeeping quality across public areas, rooms, washrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure demo, occupied, onboarding, vacant, and exit rooms are maintained and ready as per standards.
- Conduct housekeeping team briefings, training, and SOP refreshers.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, inventory, consumption, and vendor coordination.
- Review and ensure timely completion of deep cleaning, tank cleaning, and pest control activities.
- Track housekeeping tickets, resident complaints, feedback, and closure within defined TAT.
- Identify gaps through regular inspections and drive corrective actions with the House Manager and HK team.
- Monitor housekeeping manpower performance and support retention and productivity initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall property readiness.
