Job Description:

- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing and Recruiting Management certification mandatory.
- Certification in Onboarding 1.0/2.0 is required.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SmartRecruiters implementation, administration, and support.
- Experience integrating SmartRecruiters with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or other HRIS systems.
- Robust understanding of global Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations.
- Experience handling SuccessFactors half-yearly release management.
- Knowledge of People Analytics and Story Reports.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement.
