Job Description

As a Career Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding candidates regarding career opportunities, training programs, internships, certifications, and placement assistance services. You will play a key role in helping candidates make informed career decisions while driving enrollments and maintaining strong candidate relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective candidates through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Understand candidates' educational background, skills, and career aspirations.
• Recommend suitable training and placement assistance programs based on candidate profiles.
• Explain program benefits, career opportunities, and enrollment procedures.
• Follow up with interested candidates and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Handle candidate queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in CRM/Excel.




• Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and training teams for smooth onboarding.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and provide continuous support throughout the process.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
• Generate referrals through existing candidate networks.
• Submit daily activity, conversion, and performance reports.

Desired Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong counseling, sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and qualified approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Experience in Education Counseling, Admission Counseling, EdTech, BPO, Telecalling, or Sales will be an added advantage.
