- Exhibits understanding and knowledge of the privacy industry, including the regulatory workplace, and how it relates to the implementation of privacy technology solutions
- Understanding of common privacy and information security industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, LGPD, PIPEDA, HIPAA / HITECH, COPPA, U.S. State Breach Disclosure Laws, CAN-SPAM, GLBA,) and industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, GAPP, ISO)
- Hands-on experience with privacy technology platforms like OneTrust, Securiti AI, BigID, Collibra or similar.
- Demonstrates hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining APIs to enable seamless integration between privacy technology platforms (such as OneTrust, BigID, Collibra, Securiti AI) and other enterprise systems.
