Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Senior HR Executive to support both Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment while ensuring smooth HR operations, employee lifecycle management, engagement initiatives, and policy implementation.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (50%)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants.

- Screen profiles, schedule interviews, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate offers.

- Build talent pipelines and maintain recruitment MIS and reports.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Generalist (50%)

- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.

- Maintain employee records and HRMS data.

- Coordinate probation confirmations, exits,



and employee lifecycle processes.

- Support employee engagement activities and performance management.

- Coordinate with payroll for attendance, leave, and employee data.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and internal processes.

- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

- 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist roles.

- Positive knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, labour laws, and HRMS.

- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
