> Preferably 10+ years of experience in the product industry, including at least 4+ years as an Engineering Manager. > Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of frontend and backend development, distributed systems, APIs, and web services. > Ability to develop AI agents using GenAI infra technologies like langgraph/langchan, crewAI etc > A willingness to innovate and manage the company's most revenue-generating product. > A passionate engineer at heart who tackles tough problems head-on and is willing to wear multiple hats as needed. > Experience with SaaS products and startup environments is a plus. > Proven ability to build, scale, and maintain a high-performance engineering team.
