About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Architect with 4–5 years of experience to take on real ownership within our studio - not just executing drawings, but driving projects through design development, coordination, and delivery. You'll work closely with our principals and project teams across a wide range of large-scale, high-visibility projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of architectural design concepts, master plans,
and detailed design proposals across diverse project typologies.
Prepare and oversee 2D layouts, working drawings, and detailed construction documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site execution teams to ensure design intent is carried through to build.
Review site conditions and drawings to ensure accuracy and buildability.
Guide design presentations and project documentation for internal and client review.
Manage timelines and ensure drawings and deliverables are completed on schedule.
Mentor junior architects and support them through design and documentation workflows.
What We're Looking For
4–5 years of relevant experience in architecture, ideally across large-scale or mixed-use projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
Working knowledge of Revit/BIM and Rhino is an advantage.
Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and technical detailing.
