About Business line/Function: The Real Asset team will focus on Securitized & Structured Assets (SSA) Portfolio Management Support; Insurance Linked Securities (ILS) - Portfolio Data Analytics; Corporate Credit (CC) - Leverage Loan Fund Reporting; Credit (CC) – Leverage Loan Database Management; specifically in support of Structured Finance functions.
The Secured Finance ABS (Asset Backed Securities) team receives requests on a need basis from the Asset backed Securities team and has to assist the ABS team in creating scorecards of each deals shared and setting up the deal on PHOBOS
Position Purpose: The successful candidate will be an experienced manager driving process improvements with a cooperative management style and ability to create a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain deal scorecards based on requests from the Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) team.
Extract and input critical deal information using Intex, Bloomberg, and official deal documentation.
Perform quality assurance cycles, resolving any discrepancies identified during the ABS team's review.
Manage deal setup on the PHOBOS platform, ensuring all mandatory data fields are accurately completed.
Conduct quarterly Risk Retention checks to ensure compliance for all transactions within scope.
Identify and update missing cashflow data from Bloomberg and Intex for Univest Reporting.
Generate and record ESG scores for new deals within the designated templates and PHOBOS.
Ensure seamless coordination with the ABS team from the initial request through to final data entry.
Key Role Responsibilities
Experience with financial data terminals (Bloomberg, Intex) and internal database management (PHOBOS)
High level of precision in data entry and ability to spot discrepancies in complex financial documents
Ability to interpret deal documents and translate them into structured scorecards
