Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Finance Executive to manage accounting, financial reporting, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance. The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day finance operations and ensuring timely regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, reconciliations, and management reports.
Manage day-to-day accounting, including AP/AR, bank reconciliation, ledgers, and cash flow
Coordinate and manage company financial audits and provide required schedules/documents.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC/MCA, EPFO/PF, and other statutory filings.
Manage statutory challan preparation, payments, and timely filings.
Track compliance deadlines and ensure adherence to all applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, CAs, tax consultants, banks,



and other stakeholders.
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and other finance-related activities.

Required Skills
4–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, ITR, ROC filings, EPFO, challans, and other regulatory filings.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/ERP.
Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines independently.

Preferred
Prior experience in Affiliate Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Media, or Performance Marketing will be an added advantage.
